With all this in mind, do you think it will be possible to Mega Evolve Sceptile, use Pikachu/Alolan Raichu's Z-Move, & activate Greninja's Battle Bond in one game? Does Battle Bond count as a Mega or work more like Groudon/Kyogre's Primal Reversion? Does the fact that the Z-Ring is now used to activate Mega Evolution mean that you can't use a Z-Moves & Mega Evolve in one match?
I also plan to try & evolve my Pikachu into Alolan Raichu, however it doesn't matter in regards to this question as both Alolan Raichu & Pikachu have exclusive Z-Moves. So I plan to breed a new Greninja from that of the Ash-Greninja in the demo coming on the 18th & replace my current Protean one with it.
It is very similar to Ash in the anime during XY&Z, but very different in regards to strategy. So before I start you should know one of my team set ups.
